IBRAGIM VALIKHODJAEV

Ibragim Valikhodjaev, born in 1958 in Namangan, Uzbekistan, is a distinguished contemporary artist and the chairman of the Union of Artists of Uzbekistan.

IN SILENCE

Ibragim is a painter based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In his works, his priority is oil painting. Solves the most complex colorist problems with the finest nuances of transitions and combinations of warm and cold tones. They are muted and unusually beautiful in terms of the overall pictorial solution.


The main theme of his works is the images of his contemporaries, everything that surrounds them and what they live characters, types, way of life, various manifestations of everyday life. He shows a personal attitude to this in various genre compositions, numerous portraits, still life, landscapes.

  • Ibragim is a painter based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. In his works, he leaves the priority of oil painting.   • The honorary badge “Defender of Nature” from the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan for his contribution to promoting the ideas of protecting nature and active joint activities with the Ministry of Ecology, in particular, in holding a series of artistic plein airs and two International sculpture symposiums in Samarkand (2022) and Tashkent (2023)
